If you are the Home Owner, and want to pay for an appraisal, after creating your User Account, simply place today's date in the 'Due Date' field, leave the 'Job Type' as 'Unknown', and proceed filling all fields with a red asterisk. The address information must match the billing address of the credit card you use.

Place the amount you are paying in the 'Fee' field and select 'Credit Card' from the drop-down list.

IMPORTANT - When you select 'Credit Card' from the Payment Method drop-down list, new fields pertinent to your credit card information should automatically appear.
